1utama Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the 1utama platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

These terms take effect from the date you first use the 1utama platform. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the 1utama platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement is legally binding between you as the user and the operator of the 1utama platform.

This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

1utama reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To access the full range of 1utama services, you will need to register and create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Submitting false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Having multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited. If you suspect duplicate accounts have been opened in your name without your consent, contact our support team immediately.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
  • Ensuring that no third party accesses your account without your authorisation.
  • Notify 1utama immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

1utama will not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by a third party, whether with or without your knowledge, if you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3. Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 1utama platform are prohibited from doing the following:

  • Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage any systems, servers, or networks associated with this platform.
  • Using automated software, bots, data scraping tools, or any non-manual method to access or interact with the platform.
  • Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information about the platform or other users.
  • Transferring, selling, or lending your account to any third party.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, game manipulation, or collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage.

1utama reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 1utama platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports approved local payment methods, including online bank transfers and selected digital wallets available in Malaysia.

Deposits into your account will be credited once payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment service provider. 1utama is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties within the payment processing chain.

Withdrawals from your account are subject to the following conditions:

  • Users must complete the account verification process before their first withdrawal can be processed.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may vary and are subject to the platform's current policy.
  • 1utama reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation where fraud or a breach of terms is suspected.

Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 1utama support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be resolvable.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The 1utama platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 1utama shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss.

In no event shall 1utama's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1utama platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of 1utama or its content licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Third-Party Links

The 1utama platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by 1utama of the third party's content, products, or services. 1utama is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites accessed through these links.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

1utama reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for the following reasons without any obligation to provide compensation:

  • Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
  • Fraudulent referrals or verification, manipulation, or illegal activity.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for the period specified under the platform's current policy.
  • Requests by relevant authorities or as required for legal compliance.

If your account is closed for a legitimate reason that does not involve a breach of these terms, any remaining balance will be returned to you once the required identity verification process has been completed.

Changes to Terms

1utama reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes agreement to the updated terms. If you have any questions about these terms, you may contact our team or refer to the FAQ page for more guidance.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts.
